All Rentals require a COI. Please make the COI (Certificate of insurance) Out to “Eclipse Lighting and Grip 1505 Portland Ave, Louisville KY 40203” Please also make sure the COI has inland marine coverage and Non-Owned Auto if renting a vehicle.
